At No. Ten your health and wellbeing continues to be our priority. We have taken diligent health and safety measures in all areas of the hotel to ensure your peace of mind so that when you choose to stay with us, you can work, relax and reconnect in a comfortable and safe environment.

Welcome

Whilst we want to make sure our service remains as personal as possible, we will do our best to provide you with a safe environment by:

  • Taking guests’ temperatures upon arrival. Regrettably guests with elevated temperatures will not be permitted into the hotel.
  • Sanitising guest contact areas after each interaction (e.g. Reception Desk).
  • Wearing gloves when handling luggage, and sanitising bag handles.
  • Promoting social distancing throughout the hotel.
  • Meticulously addressing public spaces and high-touch points throughout the hotel including room keys, credit card machines, pens, door handles and push buttons.

Guest rooms

In addition to our already high standards, we have implemented further cleaning processes for our daily housekeeping services during your stay and after your departure. We have also removed decorative items and an electrostatic disinfectant sprayer is used after each stay. China and glassware is sterilised daily. Minibar is also disinfected.

Our housekeeping service will be carried out once per day. To minimise person to person exposure, we will offer to return at a later time should you wish to remain in your bedroom. Our room attendants will wear protective gear. Supervisors will monitor the correct use and replacement of Personal Protective Equipment.

As always we continue paying special attention to those areas most frequently touched by you such as door handles, remote control, telephone and in general all surfaces.

Protocols around handling guest items and laundry have been revised and improved.

Dieci/Cigars at Ten

Tables and chairs in Dieci, and our Cigar Terrace and Lounge are sanitised after each use and all shared surfaces are cleaned and sanitised every hour. In line with social distancing measures we have as well reduced the capacity of our venues to allow a healthy distance between guests and staff. To minimise person to person exposure our teams wear protective gear.

Hand sanitisers are widely available throughout the Hotel. Masks are available on request.

We will avoid pre-setting tables with cutlery and napkins; these will be placed on the table after a food order has been made.

Temperatures checks are required upon arrival. Regrettably visitors with elevated temperatures will not be permitted into the hotel.

Track and trace is as well available. Non-residents will be asked to register via the track and trace QR code at hand.

The Team

Before their return to work, all of our employees have undergone a COVID-19 induction and training program which is followed up with task specific policies and procedures in each department to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, as well as an in depth understanding of operating the hotel, whilst maintaining social distancing.

All members of staff will be required to go through mandatory temperature checks and will also have a face mask, hand sanitizer and other protective equipment as appropriate.
