What time can I check-in?
Check-in is from 2.00pm onwards
If I arrive early will my room be ready?
If you would like to check-in early, please request this when making booking or by calling the hotel on +44 (0)20 7233 3333. Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee an early check-in. To guarantee that your room is ready if you are arriving early, we recommend booking the room from the night before.
We offer luggage storage, so if you arrive before your room is ready, you can leave your bags at reception and be free to explore what Marylebone Village has to offer. This also applies if you would like to leave luggage after check out and collect later in the day.
What time do I need to check-out by? Can this be extended?
Check-out is until 11.00am. A later check-out is available upon request and subject to availability and may incur an additional fee. Please enquire about late check out when making your reservation or upon check-in.
I do not have a credit card – can I still make a hotel booking?
Unfortunately, online hotel bookings cannot be made unless a valid credit card can be provided to secure your reservation.
What credit cards do you accept?
We accept the following cards: American Express, Diners Club International, MasterCard, Visa, JCB, Maestro and China Union Pay.
Can I pay on behalf of someone else?
We do not accept 3rd party payments for walk-in guests or same day bookings. We require a 3rd party payment form to be filled out and return to us 4 days prior to the arrival date. Please contact reservations on +44 (0)20 7307 0882 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for further information.
Is there any availability or offers on the dates I’m searching for?
Our website booking engine is the best way to search for available dates and up to date prices. You can search for the dates you have in mind and if there is no availability, a calendar view is offered to help you find the next dates available.

Do you offer any promotional rates?
Our room rates are not fixed and vary depending on availability, room type and terms of stay. Guests who are not booked on special rates will automatically be offered our Best Available Rate. Details of our current promotions and packages can be found on our Special Offers pages. Guests will always get the Best Available Rate when booking direct.
Can I request a specific room?
For specific views, rooms and floors requests can be made at the time of booking or by calling reservations on +44 (0)207 317 5924 and although we do our best to accommodate, these requests are not guaranteed to be fulfilled due to the availability of rooms.
Can you hold a room for me?
Unfortunately, as we are a boutique property with a limited number of rooms, we would be unable to block or hold any rooms.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you would like to amend or cancel your booking please check your cancellation terms, which can be found on your email confirmation, as amendments may be subject to a charge. Any amendments or enquiries can be made by e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling +44 (0)207 317 5924.

What facilities are available in each room?
We have a selection of 44 rooms and suites, including Petite, Superior, Deluxe and Courtyard rooms and Junior Suites and the Grand Suite. Please check for more details here
What is the minimum age to stay alone in the hotel?
Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult staying in the same room.
Is there a cot or extra bed available to accommodate extra guests?

Are small pets allowed in the hotel?
For the comfort of all guests, pets are not allowed to stay in our hotels with the exception of guide dogs. Please call our reservations team on +44 (0)207 317 5924 for any further advice.
Can I smoke in my room?
The UK has a Smoke Free Law in place which prohibits smoking in workplaces, cars and confined public spaces. For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking is not allowed in any part of the hotel including rooms, with the exception of our designated smoking areas. These include the outside terraces of our four Courtyard rooms, Cigar Terrace and Sampling room.
What channels do you have that I can watch during my stay?
We offer a Full Sky TV package including Sky Sports, Sky Movies and Sky Atlantic.
Which toiletries are in the rooms?
All our rooms include complimentary T London toiletries for your use throughout your stay. Any additional toiletries needed for your stay can be requested from reception on

We would like to see a show in London. Can you arrange theatre tickets?

Do you offer a laundry service?
Yes, laundry and dry cleaning service is available from Monday to Saturday (Bank Holidays and Sundays are not included). Items are collected at 9.00am each day and returned on the same day with the exception of public holidays. Prices are per item and the price list can be found inside your dressing cupboard in your room. An express service is available at an extra charge. Can I exchange foreign currency in the hotel?
Unfortunately, we are not able to exchange foreign currency. However, if you call the hotel on +44 (0)20 7233 3333 or ask reception, they will be able to advise you where the closest foreign exchange point is.
Who do I contact for lost property?
If you believe you have lost property in the hotel, please contact reception on +44 (0)20 7233 3333 as soon as possible with your booking details and description of what you have lost.
FAMILIES AND CHILDREN
Is there a cot or an extra bed available in my room for my children?
Yes, cots are available free of charge for infants aged 2 years and under. We also offer extra beds in most of our Deluxe rooms, all of our Junior Suites and our Grand Suite, for a £50 extra charge per bed.
Do you offer a food menu suitable for children?
We do have a children’s menu and our Chef is flexible and is able to create smaller options of all our dishes for children.
Is the hotel suitable for families?
We have a number of inter-connecting rooms (Junior Suites and Deluxe rooms) at the hotel, that can accommodate families comfortably. The Deluxe rooms can be made up as a King Bed or as a Twin. We offer a choice of kid friendly amenities and please call reception on

We would like to have dinner as a couple. Would you be able to organise a babysitter or nanny during our stay?
We work closely with our partner Hopes and Dreams Nanny and Babysitting Agency. They have an excellent reputation for providing a first-class babysitting service for the UK’s leading hotel groups.
Hopes and Dreams supplies professional nannies and babysitters for both day and evening work. They ensure an exclusive service by personally interviewing and reference-checking each member of staff and a detailed profile of each staff member can be provided prior to appointment.
Sitters can often be appointed at short notice; however, it is recommended to provide a minimum of 24 hours, especially at weekends and public holidays. This is to ensure that they find the right person for your needs.
Do you charge for Wi-Fi and internet use?
We are pleased to offer free high-speed Wi-fi in all bedrooms and public areas throughout the hotel. All rooms also feature a Handy Phone, with complimentary internet access and 3G for use outside of the hotel and includes Free Local and Select International Calls, during your stay.
Does your hotel offer any business services?
The Grand Suite is available for interviews, entertaining, photoshoots and boardroom meetings for up to 6 people. Dieci Restaurant is available for exclusive hire for up to 40 people and can be used for dining, cocktails receptions and celebrations.

Do you have an in-house restaurant?
Yes, our Italian restaurant Dieci is open 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner.
Breakfast: 7.00am – 10.30am (11am on Saturdays and Sundays)
Lunch: 12.00pm – 3.00pm
Afternoon tea: 1.00pm – 5.00pm
Dinner: 7.00pm – 12.00am

I understand you have an area in the hotel where you can smoke Cigars?
We have an outside all weather smoking terrace and indoor sampling room where you can smoke from our extensive range of hand-rolled Havana cigars. Please be aware that due to special licencing you can only sample cigars purchased from the hotel in our in-door sampling room.
What time does the Cigar Terrace and Sampling Room open?

Sampling Room: 10.00am – 01.30am
Is there a minimum spend in the cigar terrace?
We have a minimum spend of £25.00 per person. This charge does not apply to our in-house guests
Can I make a reservation in the cigar terrace?
WELLBEING AND FITNESS
Is there Gym facilities at the hotel?
No, we do not have a Fitness Centre in the hotel.
We do however have a partnership with the Flagship Fitness First, located on 55 Baker Street, which is only a 5 minutes’ walk from the hotel.
At Fitness First Baker Street, you can have access to a huge range of facilities including a 20m swimming pool, a cardio theatre, freestyle area, spinning studio, members’ lounge, sauna and beauty rooms. Personal training sessions are also available for those wanting extra help defining their workout routines and health targets.
Is there a cost to use the Fitness First Gym?
Yes, you can collect a day Gym Pass from reception at a special discounted cost of £10.00 per day.
Do you have a Spa at the hotel?
We do not have a Spa at the hotel, however we do offer in-room treatments through our partner Viva Therapies.
Viva Therapies offers a selection of in-room massage, hair and beauty treatments. All massage treatments are performed on a massage table in your room. Please contact the Concierge by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling +44 (0)20 7233 3333, to make your booking. It is recommended to book in advance, however last-minute bookings can be arranged, subject to availability.

We are just a short walk from Marylebone High Street, a haven of eclectic and independent boutiques, art galleries, fine dining restaurants, brasseries and bars. We are also only 10 minutes’ walk from Oxford Street, Selfridges, Regent Street and Bond Street’s designer stores.

Does your hotel offer accessible rooms for guests with impairments or disabilities?
We have one fully accessible bedroom and a disabled toilet on the ground floor. As a listed building we only have access via some steps at the front of the hotel. Please do advise the hotel, should you require any assistance.
