La Fromagerie

La Fromagerie is an award-winning cheese room, shop and tasting café, founded by cheesemonger Patricia Michelson. In addition to its two other locations, La Fromagerie’s shop in Marylebone opened back in 2002.

La Fromagerie is renowned for its specially designed walk-in cheese room which showcases over 200 cheeses alongside a food shop with produce from small producers around the United Kingdom and Europe. Its Tasting Café is open from breakfast, serving simple cheese-related dishes throughout the day, with fondue and raclette always on the menu alongside a specially curated wine list.

For the ultimate cheese-loving couple, La Fromagerie is the go-to place for fabulous wedding cheese cakes. Couples can visit the tasting room in Marylebone to explore the options with La Fromagerie’s expert team, which involves a bespoke cheese tasting. The team can also arrange delivery to the venue with instructions for the caterer to assemble the cake and will also provide tasting notes for the guests.

In addition, La Fromagerie can be privately hired for pre-wedding cocktail parties for up to 80 guests from Monday to Thursday, its warm and friendly atmosphere lending itself perfectly to an intimate celebration. Finally, La Fromagerie also offers a selection of bespoke homewares, a perfect addition for any wedding gift list.
